Louie is a memeber of the swollen eye society member were he is known as agent dark wing . Unlike Dib he wish's to rule the agency rather than save the world. He is an antagonist to all characters as alien and robot characters (Zim , Tak , GIR and Mimi) are often targeted by his cruel slander . wheras human characters (Dib , Gaz , Professor Membrane , Miss Bitters and the school children , and Agent Darkbootie) are often victim's or pawns of his evil schemes, which often get him hair deep into trouble. he fears he will loose his "reputation" if he loses a fight ( especially with Gaz or Tak who are both girls) dispite getting several reassurances by students , teachers , parents , and memebers of the swollen eye society that their opinion of him has already reached the point were it cant get any lower. often times when he "does whats best for humanity" he often starts propagandist acts that put many characters into physical endurement. he never seems to recognise his crimes or mistakes let alone show any remorse or take responsibility. He is from the piggy doom timeline and the replacement of dib.In the original script for dib s piggy doom dib was supposed to die and be replaced by louie.However Nickelodeon wouldn't allow it so dib lived.
